Yes, we can provide all types of refrigeration needs, from convenient mono-block packaged units to evaporators with remote condensing units. Please keep in mind, with a separated evaporator you will need a condensate line and a drain.
There are several advantages. First is cost of materials; mono-block packaged units cost less vs an evaporator and condensing unit when comparing all materials involved. Second is there is no labour cost in using a mono-block packaged unit. They come ready to go, simply pick it up and put it in position. It only requires power to operate, that’s it. Third; There is no need for piping, soldering/brazing, running a condensate line or need for a drain. Fourth; these come with circuit protection fuse on each line of voltage to protect the unit from power surges. Typical remote condensing units do not.

The evaporator on a mono-block packaged unit is located outside of the box, and forms the condensate water outside. The condensate is then collected in a drip pan where the hot discharge pipe from the compressor runs through it and evaporates the water into the space outside the box. This not only removes all moisture from inside the box but also helps cool the hot discharge line from the compressor, making it more efficient.
